1. where to find a low margin forex trading brokers, mini trade size 1000 not 10000. ???
2.deposit money can use moneybookers ???

I am interested in trading forex but don’t know if capital gain tax is due in Canada on such trades? And what if I use a US based broker? I saw that some brokers are based in Swiss and other places and accounts open with them are capital tax exempt. Does anyone know more about it? Thanks.

Does anyone know in order to move the forex market 1 pip, (say on EURUSD with a retail broker), how much volume would need to go in at a specific price point?
To contrast with the stock market, if we look at a thinly traded stock, buying a few hundred shares may be enough to move the stock up a penny.
How does it work with forex?

I’d like to find 2 pips or less on EUR/USD. I used to trade with IB, which has a spread of about 1 pip, but they also charge a commission. What other tight spread brokers are there? I’m sure I’ve seen 2 pips before.

At my new work, due to firewall limitations, I cannot install the VT Trader, a software from CMS Forex. Therefore I need to buy a device, Im thinking Blackberry or a Windows Mobile and then look for a new broker dealer to start trading. Anyone knows about Mobile Forex Trading?

hi guys coming from the forex world where I’m limited to a few currency pairs, I’m looking to expand the markets available to my self by trading stocks. The thing that is holding me back is that there are literally thousands of stocks to look at. I am looking for someone to recommend a few stocks to look at, I’m mostly a long term technical trader (i.e i look at the chart lay down my indicators and trade regardless of what is being traded lol..)

Ever since I was in middle school Ive known that I wanted to make my living trading stocks. I’m getting tired of paper trading, Ive developed a strategy that is a winner but I need day trading privileges to put it into execution. Ive always viewed the money markets (stock market, forex) as the best wealth generators available. But I wasn’t born into alot of money and have no rich friends or family, so its extremely difficult for me to come across the $30,000 I need to start trading stocks with day trading privileges.
So what I need help with is ways to raise the capital. I made some mistakes earlier in life so I don’t have a good credit rating and Im not a home owner. The most frustrating part of it all is knowing that I have the ability to do something great but I lack the resources. so please pour in the suggestions.
